2012-01-26

Novensys, one of the largest Romanian system integrators, plans to increase its sales revenue by more than 40% year on year to €40m in 2012, according to Cezar Golumbeanu, CEO of the company. The given amount includes €2.5m that is to be earned from the provision of implementation services for Microsoft business solutions.

In January 2012, Novensys, acquired by a domestic software company Ager Solutions, its division specialised in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software. Ager Solutions had revenue of €1m in 2010 (up by 12% year on year) with 60-70% coming from the division under transaction.

After this recent acquisition, the company is estimated to have 200 clients for Microsoft Dynamics products and, thus, a 50% share in this segment in Romania. The takeover also brought the integrator an increase in the number of employees from 200 hired at 2011-end to 220 at the beginning of 2012.
