Lower prices for Neostrada approved by UKE

The Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) approved new prices for Neostrada, the Internet access service provided by
TP SA. The operator plans to launch a new offer under the name Internet Superpremium. The UKE did not disclose the new rates. Lower prices will be available for 512 kbps, 1 Mbps, 2 Mbps, 6 Mbps, 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps speeds as well as for contracts for 12 or 24 months and they might be introduced in Q3/Q4 2010.
At present, TP SA controls 40% of the
fixed-line Internet market in Poland.
