The Russian ISP SkyLink has merged 11 of its regional companies in the Central, Volga, Southern and Siberian federal districts to create a new company, Sky-1800. SkyLink's deputy managing director Yuriy Khromov has been appointed the managing director of Sky-1800. By consolidating its regional assets, SkyLink is looking to optimise the company structure to manage its business more effectively.
