Changes in moods in the Polish IT industry - July 2009

In April and May 2009 PMR conducted the sixth edition of a survey among 200 largest IT companies in Poland. After a relatively good 2008 the Polish IT industry will face a decline in 2009. Forecasts for the following years are moderately optimistic.
